Background
The Arizona Army National Guard Recruiting division is seeking qualified sources for a potential future requirement. The purpose of this request for information is to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources and their size classifications (i.e., Small/Large Business, HUBzone, 8(a), etc.) The potential requirement involves creating a platform that manages new leads, provides CRP digital asset management, media reporting, contact behaviors, channel analysis, and qualitative lead scoring. The anticipated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541613 with an associated U.S. Small Business Administration size standard of $19 Million.

Work Details
The contractor overseeing AZARNG RRB account is responsible for incorporating and accomplishing various duties including lead management system development, marketing campaign execution, training and consultation, market research and geographic information systems (GIS) analytic studies, marketing strategy development and implementation, optichannel marketing campaigns creation and management, media research and strategy development. The contractor shall also provide digital asset management (DAM) system implementation and management, marketing microsite with recruiter landing pages development and hosting, as well as various training sessions and certifications.
