Recovery Peru BPA

Background
The Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM Bank), based in Washington, DC, is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for loan recovery assistance in Peru. The goal of this contract is to engage a qualified vendor to provide collection, servicing, legal enforcement, restructuring, asset protection, and recovery services for EXIM claims involving obligors, guarantors, assets, or enforcement activity located in Peru.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform loan recovery services as stated in the Performance Work Statement. Specific tasks include:

1. Collection of balances on paid claims under EXIM's credit guarantee and insurance programs.

2. Legal enforcement actions as necessary to recover funds.

3. Restructuring of claims where applicable.

4. Asset protection services related to EXIM claims.

5. Recovery services specifically targeting obligors and guarantors in Peru.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance for the BPA is five years from November 1, 2026 to October 31, 2031.

Place of Performance
The principal place of performance is Peru; however, work may also be performed at the Contractor's facilities or at EXIM offices in Washington, DC when necessary.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must maintain an active registration at the time of BPA establishment and throughout performance. Additionally, bidders should have experience in providing legal and recovery services related to financial claims.
