THE PURPOSE OF THIS SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 00001 IS TO UPDATE THE LINE ITEM DESCRIPTIONS.
NO OTHER CHANGES WERE MADE. QUESTIONS DUE DATE IS HEREBY EXTENDED TO FRIDAY, JULY 26, 2024
AND PROPOSAL DUE DATE IS HEREBY EXTENDED TO FRIDAY, AUGUST 9, 2024.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Office of Business Solutions Acquisitions (OBSA), Treasury Operations Branch (TOB) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to obtain Recorded Futures Subscription Services in accordance with the attached solicitation package.

QUESTIONS ARE DUE BY 12:00PM EDT ON WEDNESDAY, JULY 23, 2024

PROPOSALS ARE DUE BY 12:00PM EDT ON WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 6, 2024

The Contractor shall provide access to the Recorded Future Platform, which includes the
following elements:

Identity Intelligence User License One -1 Named User License to the Brand Intelligence Module within the Recorded Future Platform.
- Vulnerability Intelligence User License One -1 Named User License to the Vulnerability Intelligence Module within the Recorded Future Platform.
- Hosted API subscription license for 50 credits per day, which equates to 1000 custom API calls per day.
- Premium Support for the Recorded Future Platform

Geopolitical Intelligence User License One -1 Named User License to the Geopolitical Intelligence Module within the Recorded Future Platform.
- Additional Optional /Alternate SKUs that can be exercised in the future as needed, e.g., Payment Fraud; Attack Surface; Third Party; Brand; Additional Geopolitical Licenses; Any future SKUs/modules created within the lifetime of this contract

Background

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide access to the Recorded Future Platform, which includes elements such as Identity Intelligence User License, Vulnerability Intelligence User License, Hosted API subscription license, Premium Support for the Recorded Future Platform, Geopolitical Intelligence User License, and Additional Optional/Alternate SKUs that can be exercised in the future as needed.
