Recorded Future License

Background
The Department of the Navy, under the Headquarters Marine Corps, Installation and Logistics (HQMC, I&L) Head of the Contracting Activity (HCA), is conducting an acquisition for Recorded Future licenses. The acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the Multiple-Award Schedule Program. The justification for limiting sources is documented in accordance with 8.405-6(c). The acquisition intends to solicit competitive quotations and award a single firm fixed price order via Enterprise Service Agreement (ESA) with Carahsoft Technology Corp. under Blanket Purchase Agreement N66001-19-A-0120.

Work Details
The specific products required include:
1) Integration Category A Hosted access to the Connect API for use with only one (1) product selected, with a vendor part number of Int-Cat-A;
2) Module Access to the Threat Intelligence Module for up to 2 users, with a vendor part number of THREAT-MODULE; and
3) An annual Architecture design review and annual Professional Service Engineering support which consists of a Discovery workshop to understand technology & workflows to assess optimal integrations paths and Remote assistance with installation, with a vendor part number of SUP-INT.

Period of Performance
Delivery is required within 7 days of contract award.
