Description

Description: The Marine Corps Logistics Command (MCLC) Albany, GA Contracts Department (S1930) intends to solicit and award a firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract on a sole-source basis to Leupold & Stevens, Inc. for the repair/rebuild service described below (see attached Justification and Approval document). The Government does not have access to the specifications or spare parts necessary to perform this service. Any source capable of providing this service to the exact specifications as described may contact the person(s) above to be considered for any future requirements. No solicitation will be posted on this website for this requirement.

(1) National Stock Number - 1005-01-591-2160

(2) Specification / Qualification - See attached Statement of Work

CLIN 0001-0060 Repair/Rebuild Heavy Day Optic (HDO) Model No. M521 Mark 8 1.1-8x24mm Close Quarter Battle Sniper Scope (CQBSS), P/N: 101121 (Min Qty 2 - Max Qty 60) Ordering period of three (3) years.

(5) Award Procedures - The Government will solicit and award a Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a commercial service with an estimated total under the simplified acquisition threshold. The anticipated award date is no later than 30 September 2018.
