Background
The solicitation is issued by the Navy Region Hawaii, aiming to reaward a Commercial Business Line (CBL) T-1 data service at a bandwidth of 1.544 Megabits per second. The service will be provided at specific locations in Kekaha, Hawaii, with the goal of ensuring reliable telecommunications support for government operations.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide a point-to-point CBL T-1 data service from SP A (287 Imiloa Rd/Olo Ka Moi Rd, Kekaha, HI) to SP B (775 Halemanu Rd Site A, Kekaha, HI). The contractor must ensure that no Primary Rate Interface (PRI) or channel associated signaling is requested.

A Channel Service Unit/Data Service Unit (CSU/DSU) is required at each site with a Network Interface Device (NID) at each end. The contractor must comply with all technical aspects of the solicitation and adhere to the DITCO additional telecommunications text and attachments listing specific technical requirements. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from evaluation and award.

The service date must be met by September 25, 2025, or sooner if possible. The contractor must submit a Notice of Completion within 30 days after service initiation. Quotes should be for a minimum of 60 months, with quotes for 36 months also accepted. No Basic Termination Liability will be accepted; quotes that identify such charges will be deemed unacceptable.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at multiple locations in Kekaha, Hawaii including: SP A - 287 Imiloa Rd/Olo Ka Moi Rd; SP B - 775 Halemanu Rd Site A; and SP C - 764 Kokee Rd.
