GENERAL INFORMATION:
1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12 and FAR 13 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of this solicitation will not
be available. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.gov.

2. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-03 Effective Date: 1/17/2025
and DFARS Change 1/17/2025. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.

Background
This solicitation is issued by the U.S. Navy for the rental and maintenance of temporary Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary HVAC solutions during specific availability periods at NLON Groton, CT. This is a re-solicitation of a previous solicitation number N3904025Q2977.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide one (1) 25 Ton HVAC unit with the following specifications:
- Maximum Dimensions: 16 ft long x 8.5 ft wide
- Must have lifting pads for movement via overhead crane
- Minimum Capacity: 10,000 CFM
- Dual Thermostat Control
- Nominal Voltage: 480V/120A/3PH/60Hz
- Heating Capacity: At least 72kW
- Cam-lock electrical connections
- At least 2 – 20” Discharge Ports
- Filtration rating of 'MERV 8'
- Approximately 600ft of cabling.

The machinery must be delivered in a fully-charged, fully-assembled, ready-to-use condition and functionally tested prior to delivery.
