Background
The U.S. Embassy in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, requires contractor professional services for the replacement of four HySecurity slide gate operators. Work Details

- Specifications: Continuous duty, Voltage: 220V 50Hz Single Phase, 2 hp Horsepower, Hydraulic Drive with VFD motor control.
- Wiring & Components: Inspection and installation of control wiring and safety devices.
- Testing & Commissioning: Functional tests to ensure compliance with safety standards (e.g., UL 325 and ASTM 2200).
- Training: Comprehensive training for local staff on operation and maintenance.
- Deliverables include installation reports, training completion reports, as-built drawings/wiring diagrams, operation manuals, and service contract recommendations.

Period of Performance
The installation, testing, and training must be completed within 60 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
