RCEN Network Support

Background
The Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC) requires continual Network Support Services for its Recruiting Command Enterprise Network (RCEN). The goal of this contract is to ensure uninterrupted IT support and to facilitate data migration, networking services, virtualized infrastructure, and other site support. This requirement is currently in the developmental phase, and the information provided may change. The government is conducting market research and is seeking responses from businesses capable of performing these services.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for several key tasks including:
1. Developing and maintaining a Continuity of Operations (COOP) Plan and Disaster Recovery (DR) Plan, ensuring alignment with MCRC operational requirements.
2. Providing annual reports on COOP/DR readiness, including test results and recommended improvements.
3. Creating a Transition-In plan that includes staffing and knowledge transfer upon contract award, as well as a Transition-Out Plan to ensure seamless transfer of responsibilities to a follow-on contractor.
4. Offering augmented support to address unfunded technical mandates or unexpected challenges.
5. Complying with various federal directives and policies related to cybersecurity, information security management, and personnel security.
6. Ensuring effective program management by overseeing all contractual obligations and providing timely notifications regarding hardware/software warranties and service expirations.
7. Delivering Enterprise Service Desk support with specific ticket resolution times and customer satisfaction metrics.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at locations specified by the MCRC, which may include both onsite and offsite locations.
