NOTICE TO OFFERORS:

This is to issue Amendment 0002 dated 4 Mar 2020 to incorporate the following:

1. Paragraph 7.4 has been changed to read Attachment 5.

2. FAR Clause 52.228-5, Insurance-Work on a Government Installation, is hereby incorporated by

reference into the RFP.

3. Correct phase-in through option year 4 periods of performance dates.

4. Provide updated industry Q&A as of 4 Mar 2020.

5. Volume II - Factor 1: Technical Capability/Risk. The page count has been changed from 50 pages

to 55 pages.

6. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
