- ASTM F 1043: Strength and protective coatings on steel industrial fence framework
- ASTM F 1910: Long barbed tape obstacles.

2. **Materials Specifications**:
- **Framework**: Must conform to ASTM F 1043 Group IC.
- Tubular posts must be high strength pipe manufactured by cold rolling and radial frequency welding.
- Performance requirements include resistance to red rust as per ASTM B 117.
- **Non-Reinforced Barbed Tape (30” INSTABARRIER®)**:
- Coils must be fabricated from ASTM A 666 spring quality austenitic stainless steel with specific dimensions and strength requirements.
