Raw Subsistence for Regional Training Institute (RTI) in May

Background
The contract is issued by the National Guard Bureau for the Regional Training Institute (RTI) located at Camp Umatilla, Oregon. The mission of the RTI is to provide military training courses in support of the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). The goal of this contract is to ensure the provision of raw subsistence to support the training programs, which includes delivering meals for students attending these courses.

Work Details
The contractor is required to deliver raw subsistence as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary for this delivery. Specific requirements include:
- Delivery of raw subsistence between 0900 – 1500 hours on scheduled delivery days as outlined in Technical Exhibit 2.
- Services are to be performed at BLDG 5046 on Camp Umatilla, Hermiston, Oregon.
- The contractor must comply with all installation regulations including safety and security protocols.
