Description

Amendment 0002 is hereby issued to post the Government's answers to vendor's questions and make the following changes:

The following sentence is added to TECHNICAL APPROACH SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS, paragraph 9. iv., page 67 -
"Please include resumes of key personnel.

The first sentence to EXPERIENCE SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS, paragraph 10., page 67 is changed to "Provide a list to include a detailed description of at least two (2), but no more than five (5), of the most relevant contracts (similar in size, scope, and complexity of the PWS) performed for Federal agencies and commercial customers within the last 3 years of this solicitation closing date that demonstrate your ability to perform the proposed effort."

Please acknowledge receipt of all amendments by signing and including a copy in Volume IV - Price.
