Description

Background
The Rapidly Emplaced Bridge System (REBS) Modernization contract aims to bring existing REBS inventory to Fully Mission Capable (FMC) within a 10/20 Standard in a Version 3 configuration for up to 58 REBS. The contractor is required to provide all data, supporting labor, supplies, services, facilities, and equipment necessary for the modernization.

Work Details
The work includes assessments, base repairs, higher level repairs, and upgrades from Version 1 to Version 3, Version 2 to Version 3, and Version 3 to Version 3. The contract also involves providing program support, including Program Management and Configuration Management. The contractor is responsible for conducting meetings and reviews, developing agendas and read-ahead packages, and recording and providing meeting minutes for all events.

Place of Performance
The place of performance includes repair facilities located CONUS for REBS located CONUS and OCONUS for REBS located OCONUS. Contractor personnel are required to wear nametags identifying them as contractors and adhere to recognized holidays as specified.
