Rapid Setting Flowable Fill & Concrete

Background
The Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) has developed an updated Rapid Airfield Damage Recovery (RADR) concept of operations under the Airfield Damage Repair (ADR) Modernization Program that provides updated capabilities to rapidly recover damaged airfield pavements. This task is for the purchase of replacement RADR materials for Kunsan AB/8 CES.

Work Details
The contractor shall purchase and deliver supersacks of Rapid Setting Flowable Fill (RSFF) and supersacks of Rapid Setting Concrete (RSC) to the Kunsan AB/8 CES exercise site. The contractor shall employ packaging and shipping techniques to preclude any damage from occurring to the enclosed products or their supersack containers. The technical requirements for Rapid Setting Flowable Fill and Rapid Setting Concrete are detailed, including specifications for compressive strength, initial hardening, flow consistency, minimal segregation, linear shrinkage, shelf life, mixing, curing conditions, ease of use, temperature range, repair material qualification, and delivery quantities and information.

Period of Performance
The contractor shall commence work on this task immediately after receipt of order (ARO), and shall complete shipment of all supersacks not later than 150 calendar days ARO.
