Rapid Migration of Joint Command, Control, Communication, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR)   3

The General Services Administration, Federal Acquisition Services, Assisted Acquisition Services, intends to issue a sole source Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to ViaSat, Inc., 6155 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, CA 92009-1602. This effort is to provide airborne intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance equipment to include Digital Aided Close Air Support Gateway-SOF (DACASG-S) Package Systems Accessories and Spare Parts, Small Tactical Terminal (STT) Radio System Accessories and Spare Parts, Mobile Terminals Accessories and Spare Parts, Arclight 2 Hubs, compatible Modems & Ground Equipment, compatible High Frequency (HF)/Very high frequency (VHF)/Ultra high frequency (UHF) Line of Sight (LoS) and Beyond Line-Of-Sight (BLOS) equipment, and compatible Commercial Labor and Service Plans.

A request for proposal is expected to be issued August 14, 2024. Anticipated award date is October 18, 2024. The resultant IDIQ will utilize Firm Fixed Price task orders with periods of performance determined when the respective request for quote is issued. The authority for this sole source action is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency requirements.
