Description

COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test Kits, Over the Counter (OTC) authorized, in support of the United States Government requirements for 1 Billion COVID-19 tests for home use.

Background
The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground, Joint COVID-19 Contracting Division is addressing an urgent requirement for rapid COVID-19 antigen test kits to support the U.S. Government's goal of distributing 1 billion tests for home use.

This initiative is in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and aims to detect and combat the spread of the virus within the United States.

Work Details
The contract involves purchasing approximately 60 million rapid antigen-based COVID-19 diagnostic tests for non-prescription home use that are FDA approved, 510(K)-cleared, or have Emergency Use Authorization (EUA).

The tests must detect all variants of SARS-CoV-2, including omicron. The kits will be packed in sets of one, two, or four per package.

Deliveries are required to start no later than seven days after contract award and conclude within fourteen days.
