The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Hood anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Range Operations Support Services at Fort Hood, Texas. The acquisition will be offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) participants, under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561210 Facilities Support Services. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 4.1102(a) prospective offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time an offer is submitted. The requirement is to operate ranges and provide services, support and range maintenance, for scheduled training events with availability seven days a week, 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays, to support 242 allocated training days on any day of the year. The training ranges, facilities and areas, cover an estimated 196,797 acres.

The anticipated period of performance will consist of a phase-in period, a base period, and four, 12-month option periods.
