Background
The U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) is seeking range maintenance support services to enhance military testing programs. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive maintenance and improvement of test ranges, environmental remediation, and the installation, maintenance, and enhancement of both new and existing facilities.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

- Maintenance and improvement of test ranges;
- Engineering design;
- Environmental remediation;
- Installation, maintenance, repair, and improvement of new and existing test facilities;
- Fire suppression and deluge systems;
- HVACR (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration);
- Excavation support;
- Vegetation trimming/removal;
- Soil and aggregate material sifting using remote-controlled or armored plated equipment.

All services will be performed at various test ranges throughout ATC. The contractor must provide personnel with the necessary skills and experience to fulfill these requirements. Key personnel include a Project Manager with at least 10 years of relevant experience and a Site Supervisor with at least 5 years of on-site supervisory experience.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of five (5) years or sixty (60) months.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance will be at the Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland, including off-site locations in Edgewood, Carroll Island, and Churchville, Maryland.
