NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE: The NAICS Code is 561612. The 48th Contracting Squadron, RAF Lakenheath, UK intends to award a single source, firm fixed price contract as authorized by FAR 6.302-1 to Amentum Services, Inc. for SAF/AQ Information Monitoring and Protection Services.

The proposed contract action is for Information Monitoring and Protection Services for USEUCOM at RAF Molesworth for which the Government intends to award on a sole source basis. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is being published in accordance with FAR Part 5.203(a). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received electronically by 1000 AM British Summer Time, 13 September 2023 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
