RAF Mildenhall Aircraft Wash Services

Background
The 48th Contracting Squadron (48 CONS) at Royal Air Force Lakenheath, United Kingdom, seeks feedback from companies/entities capable of providing Aircraft Wash Services for the 100 ARW, 352d SOW, and 55th Wing associated aircraft assigned to RAF Mildenhall.

Work Details
The contractor service requirements include performing aircraft wash services in accordance with T.O.s, checklists, & MDS wash requirements. The performance thresholds describe the minimum acceptable levels of service required for each performance objective. Periodic validations are conducted on both a regular and random basis.

The CORs will be responsible for receiving and validating customer complaints. Contractor non-conformance with contract requirements is considered a 'defect'. Periodic progress meetings are required at least once per year to discuss the contractor’s performance. The contractor is also responsible for submitting QCP monthly metrics report to the COR office.
