RAF Lakenheath Chapel Services

Background
The 48th Fighter Wing Chapel on Royal Air Force Lakenheath (RAFL) has a requirement for Chapel Religious Services and Programs to include four (4) Chapel Support Service positions. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) IAW Parts 12 and 13. The period of performance cannot exceed five (5) years, and the place of performance is RAF Lakenheath, England.

Work Details
The contractor is responsible for the administrative support, logistical support, and overall management required for three (3) Multi Service Music positions identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This includes planning, coordination, and surveillance of the activities necessary to ensure individuals meet and maintain all required qualifications for their respective positions.
The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, transportation, supervision, and other items necessary to perform Multi Service Music support as defined in the attached Appendices for each of the following positions: Catholic Mass Music Accompanist, Catholic Mass Music Director, Protestant Contemporary Service Music Director.

Period of Performance
The ordering period cannot exceed five (5) years. Vendors may quote based on ordering periods less than five (5) years; however, the minimum time is 12 months.
