Defense Health Agency (DHA) has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) IDIQ supply contract in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for General Nuclear Medicine Radiopharmaceuticals (GNMR) at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) VA.

Background
The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is issuing a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) supply contract for General Nuclear Medicine Radiopharmaceuticals (GNMR) at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP), Virginia.

This contract aims to provide pharmaceutical solutions specifically for cancer patients, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of radiopharmaceuticals as the current contract is set to expire on March 31, 2025.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform.

Delivery must conform to all policies of the NMCP Radiation Safety Committee and applicable NRC and DOT regulations governing transportation and handling of radioactive materials.

All radiopharmaceuticals must be prepared according to manufacturer specifications and must meet strict quality control measures including radiochemical purity testing. The contractor is responsible for maintaining a 95% on-time delivery rate.

The period of performance begins on April 1, 2025, with various options extending through March 31, 2030.
