Background
The Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) is seeking to upgrade its radiology dictation software to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of medical imaging reports. Currently, PIMC utilizes PowerScribe 360 and Modlink software, which integrates with the ISI Radiology Picture Archiving Communication System (PACS) and the Indian Health Service Resource and Patient Management System (RPMS).

The goal of this contract is to provide Nuance PowerScribe One version 2019 (non-cloud based) and Modlink Integration, including necessary upgrades, licenses, training, and ongoing support services for medical providers at PIMC.

Work Details
The contractor shall deliver the following services:
1. Provide Nuance PowerScribe One version 2019 (non-cloud based) and Nuance Modlink software.
2. Offer license services, system configuration, training, and ongoing support for PIMC medical providers.
3. Implement a voice recognition system for radiologists to dictate medical imaging reports.
4. Facilitate structured data transfer into PowerScribe to improve reporting accuracy.
5. Enable quality measure reporting and participation in registries to minimize manual data entry errors.
6. Integrate data directly from modalities to enhance productivity and simplify regulatory reporting.
7. Ensure automatic import of ultrasound measurements from Modlink into PowerScribe One.
8. Maintain ownership of all data as property of the U.S. Government.
9. Configure systems to integrate with existing PIMC software including EHRs, RPMS, and PACS.
10. Provide online training for four PACS and Medical Imaging team members covering application training, account setup, maintenance procedures, and system administration for both PowerScribe One and Modlink.
11. Ensure compliance with FDA Cybersecurity standards through necessary software patches.
12. Complete an Interconnection Security Agreement (ISA) with PIMC prior to access being granted.
