RADIO FREQUENCY FILTER

The Defense Logistics Agency, DLR Procurement Operations, Warner Robins, will acquire Radio Frequency Filter used to support the B-1B aircraft Electronic Countermeasure (ECM) system using sole source acquisition procedures.

Solicitation SPRWA1-19-R-0031 to establish a requirements type contract for New/ Unused material. Detailed drawings are not available from the procuring activity. It will not be a split award but all or none. Items to be procured are as follows:

Duration of Contract Period: Five, 12 month pricing periods

This acquisition will be processed sole source to EDO, LLC in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1).

A written solicitation will be issued. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation.

IAW FAR 5.207(c)(12)(i) - Buy American Act/Free Trade Agreements/Israeli Trade Act: One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements."

IAW FAR 5.207(c)(13)(ii), All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal,

or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency

22. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
