The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to extend the solicitation close date, and revision clauses and provisions as detailed in the attached. All other solicitation terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The purpose of Revision 0004 is to provide questions and answers (please see attached) and to add a secondary point of contact. An amendment will be forthcoming to extend the solicitation close date, revise clauses and provisions, and change Points of Contact.

The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to extend solicitation closing date as detailed in the attachment. All other solicitation terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The purpose of Revision 0003 is to provide questions and answers (please see attached). An amendment will be forthcoming to extend the solicitation closing date from 07 March 2025 at 1400 EST to 14 March 2025 at 1400 EST. All other solicitation terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Background
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT), Electromagnetic Systems Department (Code 34) is tasked by Naval Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), Program Executive Office (PEO) Command, Control, Computers, Communications, and Intelligence (C4I) PMW 770 to procure Radio Frequency Distribution and Control System (RFDACS) for installation on board current and future class submarines and to modernize existing Fleet RFDACS.

The contract aims to provide complete or partial RFDACS to new construction submarines or existing submarines as part of ongoing modernization efforts. Additionally, NUWCDIVNPT conducts depot level repairs of RFDACS units and subcomponents.

Work Details
The contract includes the following supplies/services:
1. **Post Award Conference**: 1 Job, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), minimum obligation satisfied with a $500 order.
2. **RFDACS Hardware and Subcomponents**: 1 Lot, FFP, including the Radio Frequency Distribution and Control Systems (RFDACS) OK-700 system and system parts as specified in Technical Data Package (TDP), Spare Parts Drawings, and Statement of Work sections 4.1 and 4.3.
- Mark For: Receiving Officer, Naval Station Newport, 47 Chandler Street, Newport, RI 02841-1716.
3. **Obsolescence Tasking**: 1 Job, FFP, as per Statement of Work section 4.2.
4. **Engineering Services Level of Effort**: 25,920 Labor Hours, Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), as per Statement of Work section 4.3.
5. **Other Direct Costs (ODCs)**: 1 Lot, Cost reimbursement for travel associated with CLINs 0001 and tasking for CLIN 0004.
6. **Contractor Data Requirements List**: 1 Lot, FFP for data in support of the Statement of Work tasking related to CLINs 0001-0005.
7. **Contractor Acquired Property**: 1 Lot, FFP.

Place of Performance
The work specified shall be performed at the contractor's facility with travel locations including NUWCDIVNPT.
