Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, Maryland, has awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) modification P00006 via contract N00019-19-C-0017 to Mnemonics Inc. (MNI), Melbourne, Florida, to procure an additional 100 Radio Frequency Blanking Units (RFBUs) in support of F/A-18E/F and EA-18G airframe change modification kits.This effort was procured under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. As the developer of the RFBU, only MNI has the experience, special skills, facilities, manuacturing techniques, and necessary technical data required to meet the Government's requirements.
