Radio Calibration Testing

Background
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk is issuing this contract to support the Naval Expeditionary Logistics Support Group (NAVELSG).

The mission of NAVELSG is to maintain operational readiness through the calibration, testing, and diagnosis of radio testing equipment. This acquisition aims to ensure that NAVELSG's radio test sets are fully operational and meet necessary standards.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide comprehensive calibration services for fourteen radio test sets, specifically six IFR 3920N and eight IFR 3515N models. The services will include:

1. Calibration, Testing, and Diagnosis of six (6) IFR 3920N Radio Test Sets:
- Calibrate each unit to meet Viavi (Aeroflex) standards.
- Provide proof of calibration valid for no less than three years.
- Components include one IFR 3920N unit, one 0-69 dB 2W 18.0 GHz attenuator, two 20 dB 25W 4.0 GHz attenuators, and one Type N Broadband Power Splitter.

2. Calibration, Testing, and Diagnosis of eight (8) IFR 3515N Radio Test Sets:
- Calibrate each unit to meet Viavi (Aeroflex) standards.
- Provide proof of calibration valid for no less than three years.
- Components include one IFR 3515N unit, one 20 dB 50W attenuator, and one 20 dB 150W attenuator.

3. NAVELSG will coordinate drop-off and pick-up with the vendor to ensure efficient receipt and acceptance of the test sets. Radios must be calibrated within 30 days after delivery.

Period of Performance
The geographic location(s) the contract will be performed (if provided)

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the contractor's facility within a radius of up to 60 miles from Cheatham Annex, Williamsburg VA.

Bidder Requirements
This solicitation is set aside for small businesses. Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in calibration services for radio test equipment and possess any necessary licenses or certifications required for such work.
