Background
The project is the Radial Forge Infrastructure Project located at Watervliet Arsenal, New York. The project involves the modification and installation of fire alarm and mass notification systems as per the provided scope of work.

Work Details
The scope of work includes modifications to the existing Simplex fire alarm control unit, installation of a new fire alarm control unit with releasing service for the control room preaction fire sprinkler system, replacement of audible notification system devices, provision of fully supervised outputs and operational modules, field programmable VESDA and Fire Control Units control units, amplifiers, preamplifiers, tone generators, manual stations, spot type detectors, duct smoke detectors, air sampling smoke detection system (VESDA VLI detector), and minimum system tests for verification.
Additionally, audibility tests and intelligibility tests are required to ensure compliance with NFPA 72 standards.
The contractor is also responsible for providing as-built drawings and O&M manuals.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Watervliet Arsenal in New York.
