****Solicitation Notice***
This is a solicitation notice for the construction of one metallic radar tower in Candelilla de la Mar, Colombia. The order of magnitude for this requirement is between $250,000 and $500,000. The estimated period of performance is 120 calendar days. This acquisition is issued under full and open procedures.

If you intent to submit a proposal, you should thoroughly examine all documents contained in this solicitation package. The USG has scheduled a site visit (see section L.9, FAR 52.236-27) and hold a pre-proposal conference-Nov 21, 2016. All prospective offerors are invited to attend. The conference will be held at COLNAV Base in Candelilla de la Mar, Colombia at 11:00 am Local Time. If you plan to attend, you must confirm your attendance no later than Nov 16, 2016 at 10:00AM as described in the Schedule B_M in this solicitation. See additional instructions in Section L.10. If you need AutoCAD drawings for this solicitation, please include this inquiry in your email to be sent for the site visit confirmation previously described.

Submit any questions you may have concerning the solicitation in writing and in English as it's described in Schedule B-M (see L.9, FAR 52.236-27). Responses to the questions will be posted on the FedBizzOpps website (www.fedbizopps.gov). The deadline for proposals submission is December 14, 2016. Proposals must be received by 10:00 AM Eastern Time. Details are found in the attachments of this solicitation package.
