AMENDMENT 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to revise the Statement of Work, to update the turn around times in Section F, to update Attachment 11 "MK-82 SPG-62 Contract Appendixes," specifically to correct a part number in Appendix L, to update Section L to revise the proposal requirements for the Facilities Subfactor and to correct typographical errors, and to update Section M to remove "leak testing requirement" verbiage and to update the Standards for Evaluation of the Facilities Subfactor. 89 TRP 10 9114 has been updated to Rev C. 89 TRP 11 9162 has been updated to Rev B. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
