SOLICITATION DESCRIPTION This solicitation is for Program and Project Management Services and related technical services in accordance with the performance work statement. This opportunity is a tiered evaluation approach; Tier 1: SDVOSBs, Tier 2: VOSBs, Tier 3: Small business concerns, Tier 4: Large concerns. A firm fixed price contract award is anticipated. Additionally, offerors submitting as an SDVOSB or VOSD shall be registered in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) at www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov at the time of offer to be considered as such. All offerors shall be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database at sam.gov.

Background
The solicitation is for Project & Program Management Services. The contract will require comprehensive project and program management support services to OPA for a variety of projects throughout the period of performance.

Work Details
The tasks include providing project and program management support services, including creating project schedules, reviewing project deliverables, conducting research on special projects, and providing services for multiple projects. The contractor will also be responsible for change management support, national conference planning and coordination, data science and analytics, and additional program support services.
