Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) Support Services at Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS)   4

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 requires Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) Support Services including furniture installation, moves, minor repairs, inventory management, IT field technician, electrical and data, carpentry, plumbing, commercial painting, flooring installation, activation/deactivation project management, and warehousing support services to supplement existing capacity at all project and facility request levels for VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS), 3801 Miranda Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304. If a new contract is awarded, it is anticipated that the Contractor will need to re-locate all existing Government Property from the existing warehouse to the Contractor s own warehouse. The solicitation number for this RFP is 36C26123R0063 and is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation has been issued on July 3, 2023, with a proposal due date of August 3, 2023. Please see the solicitation posting to submit proposal responses by the closing due date. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 561210, size standard is $41.5 million. This will be a competitive Firm-Fixed Price contract with one (1) base year and four (4) option years. The Period of Performance of the Base Year begins on or about October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024 with four (4) option years. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov/SAM/. Offerors that are SDVOSB/VOSBs must be verified in the SBA VetCert website (Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov)) on the date of proposal submission and continuously registered until the time of award. The Government will query the SBA VetCert and SAM.gov databases by Offeror Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) SAM number on the date that proposals are due and at time of award.
