Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) Support Services at Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS)   4

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has issued a solicitation for Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) Support Services at Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS). The contract is a 100% Small Business set-aside. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and in VetCert database if applicable under the applicable NAICS. The Contractor shall provide FF&E, and ancillary services for VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) as per the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Work Details
The contract requires a full range of FF&E installation, ancillary specialized services, and warehouse operations in support of the VAPACHCS. This includes attending a kickoff meeting, assembly, installation, and connections of fixtures, furniture, and equipment, disassembly, disconnection, relocation of existing FF&E, minor repairs and modifications to existing furniture, comprehensive activation and deactivation project management services, inventory and warehousing of Veteran Affairs’ property including a comprehensive inventory management system. The Contractor shall provide a detailed daily schedule and reporting of pending and completed task orders.

Period of Performance
The contract period begins on 10-01-2023 and ends on 09-30-2028 with options for extension.

Place of Performance
The services outlined in this PWS shall be provided to various VAPAHCS facility locations including VA Palo Alto Division, VA Menlo Park Division, VA Livermore Division, VA Capitola Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), VA Fremont CBOC, VA Modesto CBOC, VA Monterey CBOC, VA San Jose CBOC, VA Sonora CBOC, VA Stockton CBOC, VA Mountain View Site, VA Sunnyvale Research Center, and VA Cooperative Studies Program Coordinating Center.
