Background
The VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS) is seeking to provide Care, Treatment, and Rehabilitative Services (CTRS) Monitoring Services for Veterans experiencing homelessness residing in the 'Tiny Shelter' community on the West GLA Campus.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that these vulnerable populations receive adequate support and monitoring to improve their living conditions and overall well-being.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing monitoring services that include but are not limited to:

- Managing program goals, objectives, and performance targets;
- Assisting with conflict resolution among Veterans;
- Providing direction and training to monitoring staff;
- Maintaining accurate records including staff timesheets and participant logs;
- Reviewing shift reports for compliance;
- Attending necessary meetings;
- Acting as a backup staff member when needed;
- Collaborating with security personnel to ensure safety;
- Establishing positive relationships with community partners.

The contractor must also adhere to incident reporting protocols for various reportable incidents involving Veterans.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2030.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System located at 11301 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, California 90073.
