Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking proposals for monitoring services for homeless veterans residing at the Care, Treatment, and Rehabilitative Services (CTRS) 'Tiny Shelter' site located at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS).

The goal of this contract is to provide essential support and oversight to ensure the well-being and safety of veteran participants in this program.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for various tasks including: managing program goals and objectives, providing direction and training to CTRS monitoring staff, maintaining databases for inventory, assisting with client issues using de-escalation techniques, ensuring compliance with VA regulations, creating and monitoring facility reports, establishing relationships with community partners, and integrating evidence-based practices into daily operations.

Monitors must possess qualifications such as a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification, experience working with homeless populations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
