NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office 5 (NCO 5) intends to award one (1) sole source six month contract to Philips Electronics North America also known as Philips North America LLC under DUNS number: 153882816 to provide ICCA Rev H Upgrade Software and Expand ICCA 2C ICU services for the Martinsburg Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) since they are the only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.302-1.
