This is a non-personnel service, firm fixed price purchase order. Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and disposal necessary to provide document destruction to the Central West Mass VA Medical Center, MA in accordance to the Performance Work Statement.

Background
This is a non-personnel service, firm fixed price purchase order. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and disposal necessary to provide document destruction to the Central West Mass VA Medical Center, MA in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.

Work Details
The contractor is required to perform full collection service (removal, shredding, and disposal) of sensitive materials from various locations. This includes providing secure document and pill bottle shredding containers, supplying locked trucks for transportation of sensitive materials, conducting interim destruction on-site, and providing a certificate of destruction. The contractor must also comply with specific collection frequencies and security measures outlined in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
Base Year: 11/11/2022 - 11/10/2023; Option Year 1: 11/11/2023 - 11/10/2024; Option Year 2: 11/11/2024 - 11/10/2025; Option Year 3: 11/11/2025 - 11/10/2026; Option Year 4: 11/11/2026 - 11/10/2027

The contract will be performed at various locations including VA Central Western MA HCS in Leeds, MA; Worcester VA Clinic in Worcester, MA; Springfield VA Clinic in Springfield, MA; Fitchburg VA Clinic in Fitchburg, MA; Greenfield VA Clinic in Greenfield, MA; Pittsfield VA Clinic in Pittsfield, MA; Worcester Specialty Annex in Worcester, MA.
