Work Details
The contractor will provide confidential document destruction container collection and removal services at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center located at 130 West Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, NY 10468. The services include:

1. Regular collection of filled document destruction containers from designated locations within the facility.
2. Secure transportation of collected materials to a certified destruction facility.
3. Compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding document destruction.
4. Provision of certificates of destruction upon completion of service.
5. Maintenance of a proposed monthly schedule for service detailing the day of the week and frequency of service.
6. Documentation of all driver and technician field training certifications held by personnel involved in document destruction.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a five-year period from February 1, 2025, to January 31, 2030.
