Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) is seeking court reporting services to support the Veterans Integrated Service Network 8 (VISN 8) Healthcare System. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive court reporting services, ensuring accurate and timely transcription of proceedings related to various administrative and legal matters within the VA system.

Work Details
The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the following tasks:

1. Provide a certified stenographer within 24 hours of notification to transcribe real-time verbatim testimonies onsite at the requesting medical facility.

2. Arrive promptly at the specified time and location with sufficient competent stenographic reporters for proper reporting.

3. Transcribe Administrative Investigative Board (AIB) sworn statements, hearings, and deposition proceedings without audio recording.

4. Furnish complete transcripts reflecting a full verbatim record within 10 business days; correct any errors identified by the presiding official within five business days at no additional cost.

5. Ensure legibility of transcripts; replace any illegible copies within one business day after notification.

6. Determine reporter availability within two hours of service requests; if unavailable, the VA reserves the right to seek services from another source at the contractor's expense.

7. Notify presiding officials of any potential conflicts of interest involving parties or attorneys in proceedings being transcribed.

Period of Performance
The contract period will begin on January 10, 2025, and end on December 31, 2025, with options for extension into subsequent years.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various VISN 8 facilities located in Orlando, Florida.
