Description

Court Reporter / Transcription Services at John J. Pershing VA Medical Center, Poplar Bluff, MO

Background
The solicitation is for Court Reporter / Transcription Services at the John J. Pershing VA Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) five-year contract.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide transcription/stenography services for conferences, courtroom and/or legal proceedings, depositions, advisory board, accident investigation board, fact finding meetings, and committee meetings, among others.
Dictation may be recorded by various means and the Contractor must ensure confidentiality of all official information.
The transcript and all exhibits shall be provided electronically in Adobe.pdf format.
The Contractor must also comply with Section 508 accessibility standards.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a five-year period of performance commencing from the effective date of award.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the John J. Pershing VA Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO.
