Court Reporter / Transcription Services for the VA Saint Louis Health Care System (VASTLHCS)   3

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this solicitation for Court Reporter and Transcription Services for the VA Saint Louis Health Care System (VASTLHCS). The goal of this contract is to provide accurate and timely transcription services for hearings, boards, and other proceedings as required by the VA. This procurement is being conducted with a focus on supporting the mission of the VA to provide high-quality care to veterans.

Work Details
The contractor will provide court reporter and transcription services including:
1. Recording sworn testimony during hearings, either in-person or via telephonic means.
2. Delivering electronic transcripts within five business days of the last sworn testimony recorded.
3. Ensuring all transcripts are accurate, legible, and formatted according to National Court Reporting Association guidelines.
4. Correcting any errors in transcripts as identified by the presiding official within five calendar days at no additional cost.
5. Maintaining a 100% accuracy rate in transcriptions, with penalties for failure to meet this standard.
6. Providing various turnaround options for transcripts including same day, next day, two-day, three to five days, and ten-day options at specified rates.
7. Following specific quality control measures and performance standards as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
8. Submitting detailed invoices electronically upon completion of services.

Place of Performance
Services will primarily be performed at the VA Saint Louis Health Care System locations or via telephonic means as required.
