Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit for the purpose of entering into a firm-fixed price contract for Point of Care (POC) Clinical Information Resource enterprise-wide subscription. The acquisition is being conducted under Parts 12 and 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).

Work Details
The technical requirements include:
- A compliance spreadsheet
- A detailed technical approach
- A training demonstration
- Usability testing & content review
The past performance section requires the submission of a list of all contracts in performance at the offeror's facility within the last three years.

Period of Performance
The contract period includes a base year from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025, and four option years from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2029.
