Pre-solicitation Notice Clinical Portal of Medical Information Solicitation Number: 36C77622R0133 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates soliciting proposals through full and open competition and subsequently awarding a Firm Fixed-Price Contract for the Library Network Office (LNO). Please Note: this is being issued in connection with Request for Information (RFI) 36C77622Q0220. The performance work statement (PWS) shall consist of providing an online, web base subscription to the Clinical Portal of Medical Information for the Office of Health Informatics (OHI) offices; LNO and VA Central Office (VACO) Library. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15. The solicitation will be advertised as full and open competition. The NAICS code for this procurement is 519130 and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is 1000 employees. The solicitation will be issued for 10 calendar days. The anticipated period of performance will be a nine (9) month base period plus four (4) twelve (12) month option periods. This notice is not a request for competitive offers. The VA reserves the right to use only Contracting Opportunities, via the internet, to provide notification of any amendments to this notice and the subsequent solicitation.
