Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior contract 36C24922C0045 awarded to Security Logistics Intelligence Construction Engineering Company (valued at $1,715,156) for courier services supporting the Robley Rex VA Medical Center and multiple CBOCs. The prior award description aligns closely with the current requirement for scheduled, supplemental, and on-demand/STAT courier transportation of laboratory specimens, pharmaceuticals, medical records, medical supplies, and interoffice mail, including handling of biohazard materials and trained/licensed drivers. The overlap in locations served and the scope of materials transported suggests the new effort may continue or expand the existing courier service arrangement.
