Background
The C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center (VAMC) has a requirement for on-demand courier service to facilitate the transportation of pharmaceuticals between its Pharmacy located at 10,000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, FL 33744 and various identified Clinics, State Nursing Homes, and local facilities.

This service is essential to support the healthcare needs of veterans and ensure timely delivery of medications.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide on-demand courier services that include:
- Transporting pharmaceuticals from the Pharmacy at C.W. Bill Young VAMC to designated Clinics and State Nursing Homes.
- Ensuring timely and secure delivery of medications to various local facilities as specified by the VAMC.
- Adhering to all applicable regulations and standards for the handling and transportation of pharmaceuticals.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a base period starting from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, with options for extension.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate previous experience in providing similar courier services within the healthcare sector.
