A design phase was verbalized by the VA stakeholders during the site visit but no design phase line item element is found in the RFP, can you please provide details of the design scope intent and incorporate accordingly? The design portion is incorporated with the clear and thorough understanding of all the TIL guidelines that are incorporated into the Solicitation, and the types of signs needed throughout the hospital campus. It is expected that any qualified bidder understands the design aspects needed for effective wayfinding communication, and this comes with the manufactured product. 2. Typical wayfinding design project tasks process is attached for consideration, we can provide this level of effort, would the VA consider adding this design scope to the RFP as part of the initial base year design phase intent?
