The purpose of this Special Notice is to announce an upcoming IHT 2.0 presentation at the National Veteran Small Business Coalition (NVSBC) Monthly VetFedAcademy and to provide RFP Updates. March VetFedAcademy Presentation On March 13, 2024, representatives from the Strategic Acquisition Center Integrated Healthcare Transformation 2.0 Contracts Team will present at the in-person VetFedAcademy Training for the veteran entrepreneur and federal small business community. IHT 2.0 RFP Update The anticipated VHA Integrated Healthcare Transformation 2.0 RFP number remains: 36C10X24R0026 The presolicitation notice for the IHT 2.0 RFP was posted to SAM.gov on December 5, 2023. Within the SAM notice, the Government projected RFP release, Q&A, proposal submission (two phases), evaluations and awards Dec 2023- April 2024. Due to unexpected delays, the Government now anticipates release of a draft RFP the week of February 19, 2024, and posting of the official solicitation mid-March, 2024 (coinciding with the VetFedAcademy Presentation). Please note that there is currently no solicitation available until the draft RFP is posted. The original presolicitation notice identified 58 capability areas across the four functional categories under IHT 2.0. The solicitation will now include two additional capability areas, including 1I, Artificial Intelligence and 4W. Terminology.
