Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Program Contracting Activity Central intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Third Party Outpatient Health Care Revenue Billing Services via Solicitation Number 36C77620R0014, to award one (1) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) firm fixed price contract with a Maximum Ceiling of $30,000,000 with an ordering period of 60 months. NAICS Code 541219, Size Standard $22 million. ANTICIPATED SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE: It is anticipated the solicitation documents will be posted to Beta.Sam.Gov, on or about August 5, 2020. SELECTION PROCESS: The proposals will be evaluated, and award made utilizing the Best Value, Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable method. Technical will include review of a Management and Staffing plan and Corporate Experience. Past Performance will also be evaluated. DISCUSSIONS: The Government intends to award without discussions, but reserves the right to conduct discussions should it be deemed in the Government's best interest. If the Offeror is a Joint Venture (JV), the JV entity shall have valid SAM registration in the SAM database representing the JV as one business/firm/entity. If at the time of award an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective Offeror.
