Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this solicitation for the Sterile Compounding Compliance QA Program. The goal of this contract is to ensure compliance with sterile compounding regulations and standards, thereby enhancing the quality of care provided to veterans. This requirement is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive Sterile Compounding Compliance QA Program that includes:
1. Conducting regular audits and assessments of sterile compounding practices to ensure adherence to established guidelines and regulations.
2. Developing and implementing training programs for staff involved in sterile compounding to enhance their knowledge and skills.
3. Providing recommendations for improvements based on audit findings and industry best practices.
